"What an awesome day I had at Urban Retreat. Starting with a lovely warm greeting at reception when I arrived. The decor is beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. For almost four hours I was pampered by Ezra. I had the Five Senses massage which was amazing, then a facial, a pedicure and manicure. I cannot say how lovely and professional Ezra is. She was gentle and friendly and made the day one that I won’t ever forget. Thank you Ezra and Urban Retreat for a truly wonderful, pampering experience.
