CANCELLATION POLICY

As a therapist and room is reserved specifically for your treatment, any appointments cancelled within a 24 hour time period of your treatment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If redeeming a gift voucher 50% of your gift voucher will be taken.

Credit card details, voucher numbers or a cash deposit are required for any appointments over half an hour.

NON- ATTENDANCE

In the event that you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your treatment price & vouchers will be classified as fully redeemed.

Please confirm all appointments as refunds are not given.

BOOKINGS & CHECK IN

Maximise your Urban Retreat Day Spa experience by arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This avoids reduced treatment time and guarantees a relaxing treatment.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Guests with any medical conditions, pregnant or under current physician care are advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking spa services. Following heat treatments you are advised to rest and not participate in vigorous activity for at least 1 hour.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Our Gift Certificates are a popular solution for any special occasion or simply to say thank you.

    * Please note that they are only valid for 3 months.
    * Are not transferable and can not be exchanged for cash.
    * Not showing for a booked appointment will classify your voucher redeemed.
    * Cancelling within the 24 hour period will result in 50% being taken from your voucher.
    * Unless specified gift vouchers can not be split between people.

Please choose carefully for there are no refunds given.

PARKING

Ample free parking is available right outside Urban Retreat Day Spa’s front doors but in the afternoon and weekends it can fill up quite quickly. Please allow plenty of time to find parking and still get to your appointment early.

SECURITY

Lockers are available to store your personal belongings but it is highly recommended that all valuables and jewellery be left at home as Urban Retreat Day takes not responsibility of lost or stolen property.
